Field-to-Table Catering

With our catering, we try to come closer to you. Because in the end: we all share one table. Compliments of Nature works in three different catering formats. All dishes are always based on seasonal, local vegetables, following a 50 km principle: we work as close as possible to the place of service. Menus are vegetarian or vegan, with the option to add meat or fish, only from ethical, local farms.

Depending on your vision, this can be a shared table or a beautiful buffet. Each menu is created in consultation with a local farmer, based on their harvest. A table in the form of tapas and finger food. Beautiful colours of vegetables, freshly baked bread, a moment of celebration, tasting, and connection. This table brings together everything local: vegetables, cheeses, bread, fruits. To show how beautiful what surrounds us truly is.
