As I grew up on a farm, respect for what grows on the field was taught to me from a very young age. Also I am deeply connected to traditional food preservation techniques with a creative touch. Preserving food is what my family does for generations.
My culinary path takes me back to my roots. It starts directly from the soil, with fresh products from local farmers. My passion lies in cooking, educating people about the beauty of the products in each season, how to preserve them and like this maximize the potential of locally sourced ingredients.
I’m committed to working directly with farmers, fostering cooperation with restaurants and businesses and expand food communities by sharing my knowledge.
